The famous Colombian Cheese Bread
For those who may not be familiar, Pandebono is a small, soft, and spongy bread that is traditionally made with cassava flour, and cheese. It is a popular snack in Colombia and is often enjoyed with a cup of coffee or as part of a larger meal.
We are the only coffee shop who bakes them fresh every monrning.

Well Executed Menu
I am a coffee nerd and I can say these guys have incredible talent. They select their beans carefully and roast them to perfection. They have a limited but very well executed menu of fresh baked goods paired with fresh produce and proteins. The Columbian cheese bread is its own food group.
